John Williams is a Singer Songwriter based on the Wirral, involved in Folk and Acoustic music across Northern England & Wales, performing in Clubs, Festivals, and Theatres. John specialises in performing with his cello-mandolins and tenor guitars, crafted by top luthiers David & Nick Oddy.

John released his first EP on Spotify “Six of Ten” early in 2018 which had a very encouraging 16K plays in its first few months.

John is a relatively late starter in the folk & acoustic music world, the seed was firmly planted after visiting his first local folk club in 2010 and his performances and popularity have grown rapidly since. John has performed at the Guitar Festival of Great Britain for the last two years and during 2018 supported “Nick Harper” and The Great British Folk Festival where he is now a regular performer.
